In the 1940s to 1970s, this north-end midway included games like Balloon Darts and Play Ball With Charlie (run by Charlie Ross), 3-In-Line and Ringer Ball, String Game, and Down The Hatch, Rifle Range (live ammo!) and the ever-popular Skee Ball. Minature Golf and its infamous Hole #3 (home to many hole-in-one contests) was located along Culver Road at that time.
