… Built in 1927, the Country Woman's Club building is an excellent and intact vernacular Craftsman style clubhouse designed to house club meetings and activities. It is also significant in architecture for its log construction using local materials. The husbands of the women club members built the club out of recycled logs from a barn on one of the member's farms and stone from a cabin on another local farm. …
