Virginia M. Cabell Randolph (circa 1872-1962) was an early Negro educator in Lynchburg Public Schools, teaching for 30 years at Jackson Street Elementary School. After her retirement, she founded the Women's Community Club in 1933, which later became Community House, in her home at 806 Harrison Street. From this place for many years she directed numerous educational, cultural and welfare activities, as well as a youth program which evolved into Black Scout troops in Lynchburg.

She is buried with her parents in the Cabell family plot nearby. Her grave was never marked.
