This church building was constructed in 1875 by the congregation. It was moved in 1902 to land purchased by the church for future development. A new church was constructed and dedicated in 1904. After moving into a new structure, this building was used as a school and meeting house.
Pastors who served in the church from 1875 to 1904 were J.M. Hieber, George Gotsch, and Rudolph Schroth.
