Founded by local entrepreneur and city leader Ralph Jones (also served as president of the Route 66 Association) built this iconic building in 1939. It was known for its Art Moderne style and features. In 1957, Jones Motor Company moved to a new location, and the building changed hands. A Goodwill location and a furniture store were there for a time, but the building saw new life in 1999 when Kelly's Brewpub moved in. It would become a popular restaurant; however, in 2020, the place closed. It was announced that M'tucci's, a local Italian chain, would move in the building in late 2021.
