The Pride of a Nation
Once endangered due to pollution, habitat loss and hunting, the bald eagle has recovered, becoming one of very few animals to be removed from the endangered species list. Now found in regions where it was long-absent, the bald eagle symbolizes our nation's commitment to protecting wildlife and wilderness.
