Del Carmen Church is in mannerist style and its construction began around the year 1600. It consists of a ship in a latin cross form, narrow and deep. The main facade is simple, baroque style, with a truncated front finished at its ends by pinnacles, the center integrates a pedestal, which supports the choir window and above this a niche, the side facade is also simple, although it is older (concluded in the year 1619), as shown by an engraving at the base of the cover itself. It excels in the construction an intervention that is the manufacture of four buttresses that give support to the bell tower. One more modification is observed with the enlargement of the chapel located to the south and the construction of a chapel of the Virgin, covered by a small dome. In 1839, the Interior of the temple was remodeled, which led to the replacement of the original baroque decoration by the neoclassical; altarpieces replaced and walls painted with tapestry style. According to the origin of its creation for catholic religious worship, besides the dedication to the Virgen del Carmen, it is venerated in this
