McKendree College 1934 valedictorian with triple major in English, French, and history. Married Leon Church (1906-1983) June 13, 1936. With her husband, only three-time recipient of McKendree College Peter Akers Alumni Award. Delivered McKendree College Founders Day Address 1963. Lebanon public library board 1969-89, M.S. in library sciences, University of Illinois 1971.
