1925 - Kennebunk Rotary Club is founded. First President is Dr. D.M. Small.

1936 - Rotary provides instruments/uniforms to low-income children participating in the Kennebunk High School Band.

1949 - Waldo Chick starts the annual chicken BBQ fundraiser tradition!

1953 - 1st Ambulance generously given to Town of Kennebunk by the Rotary Club.

Downtown's 1st Enhancement Project - Transform two vacant buildings into a 1 acre Rotary Park.

1974 - The Town turned out on this bright, blue crisp fall day to give the opening of the 8-week fund-drive for $70,000 a proper send off. 1,100 Kennebunk school students were in attendance.

1974 - Rotary members bringing the monetary thermometer up to date.

1995 - Rotarians help Kennebunk Library relocate books to Water St during renovations.
