Regarding Peachtree Manor. Excerpt from the National Register nomination:
The 696 Peachtree Street Apartments is significant at the local level in the area of architecture as an excellent example of an early 1920s Georgian Revival-style apartment building designed by the architectural firm of Hentz, Reid and Adler. The firm was among the most important architectural firms of the 20th century in Atlanta. The building retains its historic Georgian Revival-style character-defining features that it had upon its completion in 1923 and retains its original use as apartments.
