Casa de La Mora
Su origen se remontan al siglo XVI pero la mayoría de los elementos son incorporados en el siglo XVIII, es una construcción de dos niveles, lote de forma rectangular, tiene un patio principal y otro secundario en torno al cual se erigen las habitaciones sobre los portales interiores de estilo mudéjar.

Se distingue del resto de las casas por sus molduras y adornos de corte morisco. Se dice que fue mandada construir por un rico minero que quedó prendado de la hermosa hija de un comerciante judío.

Gran parte del siglo XVIII perteneció a la Familia Cassas Navarrete, destaca Thomás de Cassas Navarrete, regidor y alférez real del Ayuntamiento de Pátzcuaro.

House of La Mora
Its origin dates back to the sixteenth century but most of the elements were incorporated in the eighteenth century. It is a two-level construction on a rectangular lot. It has a main courtyard and a secondary one around which the rooms are erected on the interior portals in the Mudejar style.

ornaments of Moorish design. It is said that it was ordered to be built by a rich miner who fell in love with the beautiful daughter of a Jewish merchant.

During much of the eighteenth century it belonged to the Cassas Navarrete Family. An outstanding family member is Thomás de Cassas Navarrete, alderman and royal ensign of the City of Pátzcuaro.
