En esta casa nacio Maria Gloria Concepcion Arce Chimal quien fuera gran promotora social y la primer mujer de Jocotitlan en ocupar un puesto de elección popular al ser tercera regidora del Ayuntamiento de Toluca en 1952-1954.

In this house was born María Gloria Concepción Arce Chimal who was a great social promoter and the first woman from Jocotitlán to occupy a position of popular election when she became the third councilor of the City of Toluca in 1952-1954.
