1. Camp Carlile Marker
Inscription. At this camp, Generals Duvall, Kelley, and Colonel Thoburn recruited and rendezvoused the First (West) Virginia Inf., Volunteers. Later, name was changed to Camp Willey, in honor of one of the State's first United States Senators.
