1. 510 Main Street Marker
Inscription. The splendid three-story, brick building was built by Captain Joseph Hein, a native of Germany. Hein (b. 1825) came to America when he was a young man and arrived in Point Pleasant in 1877. He served with the Federal troops in the American Civil War. He is responsible for the erection of a number of other local buildings.
