In honor of Mrs. Dolores Mancilla de Flores, for the 50th anniversry of the realization of her wish: "To donate this property so that the Blessed Sacrament and the Carmelite Sisters of the Sacred Heart, dedicated to the education of the children and youth of this town, would always live in it."
