Inscription. A picturesque Spanish-Colonial Revival building which has served the community since the 1920's. Declared Historic Cultural Monument No. 127 by the Cultural Heritage Board, Municipal Arts Department, City of Los Angeles.
 
Erected 1974 by City of Los Angeles. (Marker Number 127.)

Regarding Exposition Club House. Little is known about the construction date or who the architect was. The club house was completed around the same time as the nearby Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum (1932). Today the club house building is a senior center.
