1. Brandt House Marker
Inscription.
Christian J & Sarah Brandt came from Iowa to Covina in 1887 and began raising citrus. Brandt bought ten acres in Lordsburg in 1910. The famly first lived at what is now 2838 White Avenue, then resided here 1922-1939. Both homes were built for the family by William O. Moomaw.
