Faith Rock. Scripture Rocks Heritage Park. , A central theme for Stahlman is his belief that his rock plan fulfills a prophecy set out in the King James Version of Isaiah. At least three rocks, including Faith Rock, contain this verse from Isaiah 33:16:, HIS PLACE OF DEFENSE SHALL , BE THE MUNITIONS OF ROCKS , BREAD SHALL BE GIVEN HIM.. , This verse is no doubt the most seminal to Stahlman's vision of his project. It combines the idea that the rock sites provide him and fellow believers with a sanctuary from evil forces, and also justifies Stahlman's reliance upon the charity of the righteous for his personal survival., For both Stahlman's contemporaries and the future generations that will experience the evils of the Anti-Christ, the dedicated rocks provide divine protection from the enemies of the righteous., "The question as to whom the scripture about the munitions of rocks, etc., above quoted, applies, must be determined in the same way. And fortunately there is already some evidence available along that line. It is clearly evident already how these dedicated rocks may become a very real source of defense and protection to God's people when the bitter persecution of the Anti-Christ forces comes, as it surely will come, because it is foretold in the bible." , -D.M.
