1. Trail of Death Marker
Inscription. On Oct. 24, 1838 about 800 Potawatomi Indians camped near Carrollton on forced emigration from Indiana to Kansas. Cold was intense on the prairie.
 
Erected 1998 by Kyle Cox (Eagle Scout project Troop 800).
