Inscription. The 4th of 5 houses built by John M. Addy, Pittsburgh, PA — was one of the "Six First Families". Considered as his masterpiece, it was one of the 1st homes to have indoor plumbing. In 1935 it was converted to a guest house and is now operated as a bed and breakfast.
