Side A
20-24 N. Broadway is part of Lot No. 38 of the original plat of Lebanon. The property's first owner was was Ephraim Hathaway, one of Lebanon's four founders in 1802, and the second sheriff of Warren County (1806-1810). It was constructed around 1860 by Amos Smith who came to the area in 1805 at the age of 18.

In 1878, No. 22 was a boot & shoe shop, and No. 20 was a millinery. Dayton, Lebanon & Cincinnati RR had its office in No. 20 in 1900 Auctioneers, accountants & apparel shops have occupied it. In 1937 it became the law office of C. Donald Dilatush, for 18 yrs. the county prosecutor. Present owner, Atty Jackson Hedges, purchased it in 1972.
