1. Crown Point Cemetery Marker
Inscription.  Crown Point Cemetery, established in 1867 by Kokomo City Council, covers 65 acres with nearly 30,000 graves. The first burial was in 1868, and Pioneer Cemetery was relocated here in the 1870s. The Soldiers and Sailors Monument was built in 1886, and the mausoleums were constructed in 1912 and 1925.

Location. 40° 29.104′ N, 86° 7.22′ W. Marker is in Kokomo, Indiana, in Howard County. Marker is on South Waugh Street near 1101 East Sycamore Street, on the right when traveling north. The marker is on the left hand side as you enter the cemetery using the Walk of Excellence Trail off of South Waugh Street. Touch for map.
