In commemoration of the historic role of Kossuth House:
former headquarters of the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America (est. 1896), a longtime center for Hungarian-Americans and for anti-Communist activism, and unofficial embassy of Free Hungary in our Nation's Capital until 1989.

In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the restoration of democracy in Hungary and the renewed role of the Kossuth House in the service of the Hungarian-American diaspora.
