Pasamos al rillo, el señor Juez de estas diligencias volvió a tomar de la mano de dicho Don Nicolás de San Luis Montañez y la pació de un lado a otro del rillo sacando agua con una tembladera de plata y derramando por un lado y otro de dicho rillo

Fue aqui donde inició el 4 de Julio de 1536 la fundación del pueblo de Santo Tomás de Tierra Blanca
