Samuel Evans (1823-1907) was a veteran of the Civil War and a member of the Sons of the PA American Revolution. Lillian Evans (1861-1943), the daughter of Samuel Evans, was the first member of the Daughters of the American Revolution in PA.Erected by Columbia Economic Development Corporation.
