by Dr. Charles C. Ross in loving memory of their
loyal and devoted mother

John D. Ross
late of Denver, Colorado, deceased,
as an enduring memorial to his mother
Mary A. Ross

Accepted by the Borough Council on the 4th day of
December, 1920 upon the conditions expressed in the
will of the donor and to be perpetually maintained by
the Borough of Clarion
