George C. — Spicey Vianna
George and Spicey were born at Shingle Creek. From age 14, he worked packing oranges, cutting railroad crossties. When he was 18, ready to marry, he had a home, 50 head of cattle and $500. Specializing in cattle raising, slaughtering, citrus, his operation expanded to 125,000acres over several counties.
