1. Monroeville Water Supply Reservoir Marker

Inscription. This structure is on the site of a mill dam built of logs in 1815 by Richard Burt. At that time the banks of the Huron River were heavily wooded and the channel was only 62 feet wide. A water mill was operated here until 1944.

Erected 1947.
