1. Built 1889 Marker
Inscription. The Knights of Pythias , Osceola Lodge no. 96, purchased the second floor of this building in 1897. Later, the Winchester Bar &Law Library used the space. During World War II, adult first aid courses were taught upstairs by the Red Cross. in the 1920s, Anderson's Garage removed the front downstairs wall to make access for automobiles. Since 1938, this street-level store as housed hinshaw's, Leichty's, and Philpott's barbershops.
