Clifford Pennock & His Times
Cliff Pennock was born in Elgin in 1880 and lived there until his death in 1945. After completing his schooling, he became a barber, a merchant, but most importantly, a passionate photographer! Today, Cliff's photos provide a vivid glimpse of what life was like in the Elgin / South Crosby area from c1900 to c1920.
