Regarding Grant's Stage Stand - 1821. From the Boone's Lick Road Association's website: William Grant entered the north half of section 24, township 48N, range 8W on May 14, 1819. At the same time he entered the W1/2 of the SW1/4 and the E1/2 of the SE1/4, both in section 24,immediately above the first parcels mentioned. In 1829 and later he entered an additional 280 acres in the same section 24.
