1. Armstrong Garden Marker
Inscription. Was named for the previous property owners. The Armstrong's. Bob (former Williamstown Mayor), and his wife Elizabeth provided a beautiful rose garden that was enjoyed by the entire community for many years.

This garden was established in 2009 through efforts of the city of Williamstown.
 
Erected 2012 by the Wood County Master Gardeners Association, the williamstown Women's Club and the Williamstown Lions Club.
