Home of Elizabeth Ann Seton
This chapel is built on the site of the home of Elizabeth Ann Seton. Her daughter, Rebecca was born here. The Setons lived here from 1801 – 1803. Mrs. Seton, wife, mother, educator and foundress of the Sisters of Charity, was canonized September 14, 1975.
Erected 1977 by New York State Catholic Daughters of America.
