Inscription. A 35 year veteran of the Virginia Department of Transportation, was the Resident Engineer for Carroll and Floyd Counties during the construction of this award-winning section of Interstate 77. He was: a decorated veteran of W.W. II, having served with the 2ndArmored Division, U.S. Army.
