1. L.M. Tate Show Grounds Marker
Inscription. Site of the annual Blowing Rock Charity Horse Show which began in 1923 and is the oldest, continuous, outdoor horse show in America. Originally hosted in Green Hill, this present location is the site of the former Donald Ross-designed Mayview Golf Course.
