Inscription. This memorial is dedicated to the memory of these 7 brave soldiers who rest elsewhere in Magnolia. They fought against oppression, tyranny, absolute power and usurpation off states' rights, all of which still plague our country.
 
Erected 1994 by E. Porter Alexander Camp 158, Sons of Confederate Veterans.
