Conceived in 2010 by residents Larry Kloze, expert Master Gardener, and Naomi Goldstick Rosner, the garden became a reality with the support of both the Mount Washington Association, under the caring leadership of President Ira Kolman, and Baltimore City Parks.
This garden is named in memory of Eric Waller, longtime Mount Washington resident, lawyer, beekeeper, and gardener.
Brent T. Figlestahler, landscape architect and Mount Washington resident, donated his time and services, designing this garden fence and supervising its construction in 2017.
