Aquí duermen los angelitos... hablad bajo no los despertéis

Durante el siglo XIX las condiciones de salud en la Ciudad de México no eran muy buenas: epidemias, falta de higiene y guerras fueron comunes hasta el período del porfiriato. Muchas de las víctimas mortales de estas situaciones fueron niñas y niños, o párvulos como se les llamaba en esa época. Este muro fue destinado para albergar sus restos. Los epitafios, los mensajes que tienen algunos nichos, son el reflejo del sentir de sus padres y madres. Te invitamos a leer estas líneas de recuerdo y amor.

During the nineteenth century health conditions in Mexico City were not very good: epidemics, lack of hygiene and wars were common until the period of the Porfiriato.
