Inscription. Robbie Marie Montgomery was born in Mississippi but spent her childhood in St. Louis. She graduated from Pruitt High School and ventured into professional singing as an Ikette with Ike and Tina Turner. Ms. Robbie is renowned as the owner of Sweetie Pie's Restaurants serving acclaimed soul food. She is also the star of OWN's reality series Welcome to Sweetie Pie's.
