Inscription. Dr. Lincoln I. Diuguid was born in Virginia and is a graduate of West Virginia State College and Cornell University. Dr. Diuguid is the founder of DuGood Chemicals in St. Louis, whose chemical processes enable the company to focus on possible cancer treatments. The medical and scientific research of Dr. Diuguid continues to make an impact on both the community and global scene.
