Inscription. Delco Radio Plant
Employees leaving the Delco Radio Plant in 1940, located on Home Avenue. Delco Radio Division began manufacturing operations in Kokomo in this plant formerly owned by Crosley Manufacturing Company and produced the first radio to be installed in the automobile instrument panel.

Taken in 1915, a view of Superior Machine Tool Company, Kokomo Nail & Brad Company and Kokomo Spring Company, with the Lake Erie & Western Railroad tracks to the left and Home Avenue paralleling the tracks.
