Inscription. Gloria White, born in St. Louis, was the first Black to attend Rosati Kain and graduated from Harris Teachers college. She served as Vice Chancellor of Human Resources at Washington University for thirty years. During her tenure she was responsible for increasing the enrollment of minorities and women. She maintained a strong commitment to the Black community.
