En aquest edifici, durant la guerra civil de 1936-1939, va radicar la delegació d'euzkadi a catalunya, que tant va contribuir a les relacions de fraterna amistat entre ambdos països i que va dur a terme una meritissima tasca humanitaria.

Els governs d'euzkadi a catalunya dediquen aquest memorial als bascos i catalans que van fer possible la realització daquella comesa.

Etxe honetan egon zen 1936-tik 1939-arteko gerrate bitartean euzkadi-ko ordezkaritza katalunian, bi herrien arteko anaitasunezko eta adiskidetasunezko harremanak bultzatu eta giza-aldezko ekintza eskergarri bat burutu zuena.

Kataluniako eta euzkadiko jaurlaritzek oroitzapen hau eskaintzen diete egiteko hura egiztatu zuten katalandar eta euskotarrei.

(English translation:)
During the civil war from 1936 to 1939, the Euskadi delegation to Catalonia stayed in this building, which encouraged the fraternal and friendly relations between the two peoples and facilitated humanitarian actions.
