1. Jordan Chambers Marker
Inscription. Jordan Chambers was born in Nashville, TN and attended Sumner High. He was known as the Father of Black Politics and the Negro Mayor of St. Louis. He led blacks from Republican to Democratic ranks. He was the owner of the Riviera nightclub in St. Louis and has a post office and park named in his honor.
