Inscription. Dianne White Clatto was born in St. Louis and graduated from Sumner High and the University of Missouri. She was the 1st Black weather forecaster in the nation on KSDK-TV where she spent 27 years. She was inducted into the St. Louis Black Journalism Hall of Fame and named a "Woman of the Year."
