1. Golden Larch Marker
Inscription. This tree is the offspring of two golden larch trees that were displayed at the 1904 World's Fair. A golden larch tree that had been displayed by the Japanese Pavilion was given to Mrs. James Blair, the official hostess of the 1904 World's Fair. A seedling from her tree was presented to the Missouri Botanical Garden in 1953 by the Federated Garden Clubs.
