In 1936, the car was purchased by the RF&P Railroad for $14,125.77. In its later years, this car took RF&P clients, State legislators, and company officials to NFL games in Washington, DC.
This Pullman Green car features an observation platform, a lounge with two pull-down beds, three bedrooms, dining room, bathroom with shower, and galley with steward's quarters.
