Americanos; Aaron Lopez, founder and editor of El Hispano; Julia Lopez, founder of Flemenco Ole; Alberto Becerra, award-winning artist; Dr. Carmen Febo-San miguel, director of Taller Puertorrequeño; and Diego Castellanos, producer of Puerto Rican Panorama. Situated on Julia de Burgos Elementary School's wall, school namesake and renowned Puerto Rican poet-activist de Burgos is also represented in the mural, taking her place as a predecessor to the Awardees.
