1. The Wooding Place Marker
Inscription. One of the four raised Greek Revival cottages built in Milton for local merchants. Built for John Wooding who operated the Milton brickyard. Italianate porch Flemish bond basement, exterior end chimneys, and gable ends. Some trim and porch details are thought to be later updates. At the rear of the house are two unusual square brick buildings with pyramidal roofs. Interior of the original structure consists of two rooms up and two rooms down.
