1. Boughton Road Marker
Inscription. Boughton Road Northwest from this point follows the route of a military road opened by General Reason W. Beall in 1812. This trail was used to move troops and supplies between Wooster and Lower Sandusky (now Fremont), Ohio during the War of 1812.
